Devalbod Integrated Concepts Limited commenced operations under it is own name in Nigeria in 2008. Prior to that date it conducted business/training in the country under a company named Prime Safeway Builders Ltd. The company was established to provide technical expertise to the country in planned neighborhoods development and management, and construction of quality residential homes.

Due to large capital required to having world-class infrastructures for any master planned neighborhood or estate, the company provides financing services to the developers. Devalbod Integrated Concepts Limited is made up of a team of professionals with excellent years of experience in construction and project management. The team is led by the Directors: Mr. Adewoye Valentine.

Mr. Valentine, an engineer entered the construction industry out of a passion about 15 years ago – very early in his life. The desire to have quality homes in Nigeria inspired them to establish Devalbod Integrated Concepts Limited. Our company realized that it is just not enough to provide world-class infrastructures for an estate but it has to be populated with quality homes.

In order to achieve these objectives, Devalbod Integrated Concepts typically engages in construction of couple of model homes ranging from luxury to medium income types in the planned neighborhood that we assist to develop. Such homes serve as the reference for all future residents of the estate. We have completed or currently constructing seventeen model homes in NICON Town.
